¿What is the OIEE?
is a Spanish private sector initiative born in 2014 with the common
objective of improving the current labor market situation.
The OIEE is an organisation that was set up by Adecco. There are currently 28 companies in.
In its first phase, it analysed one of Spanish society’s main concerns: unemployment among young people. In order to provide tangible solutions, the heads of human resources of 28 companies. Joined forces to share examples of best practices and design formulae capable of causing change and highlighting the value of the talents our young people have.
ANALYSE THE MAIN INTERNATIONAL TRENDS
The trends that are taking place beyond our borders will be observed and studied, analysing what is taking place in the rest of the world through research, development and innovation programmes.
EXAMINE THE DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF THE EMPLOYMENT MARKET
One of these aspects will be the relationship existing between the field of education (university and professional training) and the employment market, productivity and its definition.
OIEE’s goal is to involve political, academic and business institutions, as well as employers and the unemployed, in resolving the problems existing in the employment market through publications and providing resources.
PROMOTING BENCHMARKING EVENTS
The idea is that all OIEE member companies share good practices, measures and successful programmes concerning the creation of employment. Through dissemination activities, such as conferences and seminars, the different companies that form part of the OIEE exchange experiences and information about key projects.
PERIODICALLY RESEARCH A SUBJECT
A specific theme will be analysed, periodically, with respect to the labour market and actions related to it will be taken.
