Talent Factory is a unique experience of personal and professional development for young people who are coming to the end of their studies (university students, those in professional training or postgraduates). For 6 months you will experience a range of activities that will make the most of the potential you have. Here we explain the different phases of the process – we hope to have you with us soon.
THE SELECTION OF TALENT
An exhaustive process to select the final candidates, individual interviews, online tests and an assessment centre, plus personal feedback for all of those who participate in the interview phase.
Of all of those registered, 40 persons will be selected (divided into 2 groups of 20), who will have exclusive access to the different actions that are planned for six months.
THE DEVELOPMENT OF TALENT

-Individual coaching sessions.
-Meetings with executives and entrepreneurs.
-Shadowing. In conjunction with the Observatorio de Innovación en la educación y el empleo (www.OIEE.es), Talent Factory participants will be able to spend a working day with an executive from one of the main Spanish companies, in order to get first-hand experience of his/her day-to-day work.
THE SPIRAL OF TALENT
The spiral of talent will consist of a programme of parallel actions (cineforum, professional events, conferences, etc.), which is open to all of the young people who are participating or have participated in the Talent Factory in previous editions.
This project is aimed at young people who are in the last two years of their studies, whether university, professional training, or postgraduate.
Participation in the project is free of charge for young people; Adecco, word leader in human resources solutions, provides participants with grants so that they can take part in the programme, which is valued at 5,500 euros.
